Sign Cabinets Inc. was founded in 1986 by Mike Abraham. The business later continued through family involvement before Jeff Hartley purchased the company in 2015. Jeff is the current sole owner and remains hands-on in quoting, technical problem solving, design-file preparation, CNC routing, and fabrication decisions.
Under Jeff’s ownership, the company added channel-letter fabrication, routing capability, and related manufacturing capabilities that expanded the shop beyond its earlier cabinet-focused work. UL LISTING PROGRAM & ELECTRICAL POLICIES
Finished electrical cabinets and channel letters are wired and power-tested in house. UL labeling is a separate determination and applies only to products eligible under the current documented program. Sign Cabinets Inc. maintains an active UL sign-manufacturing program, with product eligibility depending on the documented configuration and current program scope. Customer-wired kits cannot receive an SCI UL label.
