Slide systems use removable retainers and faces that slide out for access. Hinge systems support service access through a hinged door or retainer assembly, depending on the cabinet design. Both approaches depend on the quoted configuration and the way your shop plans to complete the sign.

Our kit offering is not a shortcut around finished electrical production rules. A customer-wired kit cannot receive a Sign Cabinets Inc. What comes in a sign cabinet kit?
A typical kit includes raw aluminum cabinet pieces cut and mitered to project size, plus necessary corner reinforcements or connection pieces for the selected slide or hinge system.
What is not included in a cabinet kit?
The buyer ordinarily supplies the sign face, pole or support structure, electrical components and wiring, final paint or coating, assembly, and installation. Standard kits do not include powder coating, electrical, channel-letter parts, or a Sign Cabinets Inc. UL label.
Are hinged and slide systems available?
Yes. Kits may use Sign Cabinets Inc. slide or hinge systems, depending on cabinet requirements and the way your shop plans to assemble and service the sign.
Do you handle both Bolt-together and Weld-together kits?
Yes. We offer both bolt-together and weld-together kits.
Can a customer-wired kit receive a Sign Cabinets Inc. UL label?
No. A customer-wired kit cannot receive a Sign Cabinets Inc. UL label because eligible labeled products must be wired, inspected, tested, and documented in-house through our program.
